Luxury custom home
This luxury inside/outside custom home in West Vancouver's Westmount area was built as an entertainer's dream with a south facing patio boasting a swimming pool, hot tub, and endless vistas. Showcasing 8,000 square feet of luxurious lifestyle over 3 floors.
Vancouver
heritage conversion
In this project a Vancouver heritage home on an RT-8 zoned lot in Kitsilano was redeveloped to a multiple conversion dwelling containing two units, and an infill single family dwelling at the rear. The architect for this project was Alexander Ravkov.
West Vancouver
custom home
This custom home in the Ambleside neighbourhood in West Vancouver offered about 6,000 square feet of expansive living space on three levels. This home offered a sauna, hot tub, glass wine display, home theatre, heated garage, and automated lights. There was also a 250 square feet coach house with bathroom and closet in the backyard.
